All fees must be paid on time.
All fees must be paid on time. Payment is due on the
1st and 15th days of the month, in advance. There
will be no refund for any unused days.
Cheques are preferred. If paying by cash, please
place the cash in a sealed envelope and write your
child’s name and the dates you are paying for on the
front.
A schedule is required (two-weeks in
advance, if possible) for all part-time children.
You are responsible for FULL PAYMENT of the schedule
you submit, and any extra days you may require.
Extra days must be approved in advance to ensure
space is available. NEVER arrive unannounced without
prior approval. Due to strict staff to child ratios,
we may not be able to accommodate an extra child.
Fees that are two or more months in arrears will
be brought to the attention of the Board of
Directors. |
